Terms of Service

1. Description of Service

Claude to PDF Exporter provides a tool to format and convert Claude.ai chat conversations into PDF documents. The Service includes features for message selection, paper size customization, and high-fidelity rendering of tables and code.

2. Relationship with Anthropic

Claude to PDF Exporter is an independent project and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic PBC. "Claude" is a trademark of Anthropic. Our Service is a third-party enhancement tool designed to improve user workflow on the Claude.ai platform.

3. User Conduct & Content

Ownership: You retain all rights to the content of your conversations. Claude to PDF Exporter does not claim ownership over any text, code, or data you export.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you export. You agree not to use the Service to process any content that violates laws, third-party intellectual property rights, or Anthropic's own Terms of Service.

Usage Limits: You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer the extension or overwhelm our rendering servers with automated or abusive traffic.

4. Accounts

To access Pro features, you must create an account using an email address or Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Fees and Subscriptions

Free Plan: The Service provides 5 free exports every 24 hours at no cost.

Pro Plan: We offer paid subscription tiers for unlimited exports and premium features. Pricing is displayed on our Pricing page.

Payments: Payments are handled by PayPal. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via PayPal AutoPay. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which Pro features will no longer be available.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." Because our Service relies on the structural layout of Claude.ai, we cannot guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• The PDF output will always perfectly match the screen display if Anthropic updates their website's code.
• The Service will be compatible with all future versions of the Chrome browser.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claude to PDF Exporter and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) arising out of your use or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service (including its code, UI design, logos, and rendering logic) is the intellectual property of the developers of Claude to PDF Exporter. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension for personal or professional use.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our infrastructure.

In the event of termination, any active subscription fees already paid are non-refundable. Your access to Pro features will be revoked immediately upon termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the extension after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend checking the "Last Updated" date periodically.
